Engagement Program status vs Non-Engagement Program status

Hi Community--

Is there any practical difference between Engagement Program Status vs a Non-Engagement Program Status?

The context I ask this in is that I have an Engagement Program and I'm wondering if I should create a local Program under it. This local program would house all of the emails and also operational campaigns, and would also track the progression statuses of the leads. But the more I think about it, the more I think it's redundant to do so.

Any insight on this? Thanks.

I would strongly recommend that you do so.

Customer Engagement Engine doesn't offer some of the features that regular Programs offers.
