Tracking deleted items

Is there a way to see what actions admins have performed i.e. what they've deleted, archived or changed etc. The notifications feed doesn't seem to cover all of the changes I expected to see.

No, this will not appear. it is just to warn you about major issues. There is no activity tracking in the way you describe.
