Track bounces of lead alert emails

I think the answer to this is no, but does anyone know if there is a way to tell if an alert email bounces?

Try setting up an email perf report on those alert emails. I do not think a smart list will show you the details on the people who get the alerts because they aren't really leads.

Thanks Josh, I tried that but it shows no data.  I suspect this is something that cannot be done
