It's easier to read questions in the body of the thread.

Let's not use the loaded word "programs" unless you literally mean Marketo Programs as it can easily cause confusion. Do you mean you have a String field that is exposed as a set of Checkboxes on a form, and writes the selections as a semicolon-delimited list?
