How do I find out what happened to emails I sent to a test list? The program shows them as having run, but they never arrived in my email inbox. Not in junk mail either
This happens periodically. Do "live tests" to your email address appear? I guess this is what you meant. I'd check the Results tab and then call support. Sometimes this happens for no clear reason. But I've had odd situations where Marketo has set the SMTP server wrong and this causes all the emails to disappear.
This also happens frequently for us when we forget to include the proper unsubscribe link in the footer. Marketo won't warn you about this - it will just prevent the test from sending.
Also make sure the members of that test list haven't somehow been marked as "Marketing Suspended". That happened to us recently.
