There's a discrepancy in this system. The template I'm using shows that it is in use by an email, however, when I go to that email, the summary indicates there is no template. How do I remedy this scenario?
Yes, I have seen this too in another way: Says "used by" on the summary and then shows no emails dependent on it.
My assumption it once was Used By and is no longer. If I try to delete the Template it usually works. Is that not working for you?
I suspect in your case, the email template connection was broken when someone did Replace HTML on the email. That email is no longer dependent on the Template.
