I am setting up our lead scoring program, and I am curious to know if other people use the "Success in ANY Program" feature. Our scoring is currently set up so that the lead gets points for the specific action they take. (For example, if they engage with us at a tradeshow, they get +10. That also happens to be where the success is defined.)
I am afraid that enabling "Success in ANY Program" will lead to double-scoring. If I want to use that feature, I'll need to adjust our whole scoring system to account for the extra points. Additionally, success in different types of programs have different values. (Tradeshow success is worth more than email blast success, for example.)
But maybe there is a good reason to use it. So do you use it? If so, how?
