Subscription Management Tutorial

All previous answers are sending me to a community link that is dead with the transition to nation.marketo.com. The search from there is not returning the webinar/tutorial that used to be referenced as being very helpful in setting up a subscription management system. Can anyone please help?

I have seen those, but the webinar I guess has disappeared. Thank you.

In any case, if I start with the 2 docs referenced here I don't even have a type of "checkbox" available when I create a new field. So I'm stopped at step 1. I'll keep digging.

Created as Boolean-make checkbox in form.
