Subject Line A/B Testing Only Sending To One Group

I started a subject line A/B test for my email. I chose a 50/50 distribution of the two versions. It appears that only one of the versions was sent out. The subject line I created that did not send out has an emoji in it. Could that be the cause? How can I rerun this test and ensure both versions of the subject line are sent? Attached are my results from the test. The challenger was not sent out. Thanks in advance for the help!

How do you know the Challenger was not sent?

Did you run a Was Sent/Not Was Sent filter?

Did you point an EP report at the email test? That panel you show us isn't showing Sent or Delivered.

How was your Test setup on the smart list and setup? Is this champion challenger?
