Split web lead routing 50/50

Hi All,

Background:

We have existing auto-assignment rules in salesforce that route based off region.

Question:

How would you go about splitting routing 50/50 for specific web leads?  How could you split the lead volume evenly to 2 reps?

There is a random number generator! You can search the community for round robin.
