Smart list leads numbers is less than program dashborad

Hi all, 

We are having difficulty with our smart lists in webinars showing accurate numbers. The smart list shows 142 people registered for the webinar while the dashboard shows 161 have registered. 

I have added the constraint of date, but still no luck in getting the 2 numbers to match. Any advice would be excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful responses!

Hi Jessica,

Which dashboard are you referring to?  Is it the Program summary for your webinar?  Can you clarify the triggers/filters you used in your smart list?

Also, which Marketo plan do you have?
