Hi to All, i created a smart campaign with an email and send it to a list of 3 members. but result tab is only showing Send and Deliverd Activities, why open and click activities are not showing? please help. Thanks.
Probably because the members of your smart list have not yet opened or clicked in the email. Try sending out an email to yourself and test if it still happens. Normaly, it should show up activities in activity type.
