We are having an issue were our Email Blast campaigns (and possibly other type of campaigns yet to be tested) are not showing any type of data or actions other than "Email Send"; mind you were are opening the test emails and opening links, etc.
We are not sure if this is an error from our end or something directly with our sandbox, which - for context - was closed for a couple of weeks due to some issues with our partnership. The reports and action results were coming up just fine before our sandbox closing, as shown in the screenshots.
Have anyone seen something similar? Thank you!

If the activity log itself isn't showing any other related activities than the Send Email activity, then most likely the person hasn't received the email yet in the first place. Do you see the email in the pending delivery state? There's a column for pending deliveries in the Email Performance report. Usually, Marketo would try delivering the email for 24-36 hours of sending an email until it encounters a hard bounce, if it isn't able to deliver the email in that timeframe, it'll stop trying and log a soft bounce error in the person act log.
Do you see other email activities (e.g., Email Delivered, Email Clicked, Email Opened, etc.) for this person (the one with lead id 498) in their activity log? I've seen cases where-in the campaign's results tab won't get updated immediately, and rather lazily.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the activity logs for that person did not show any activity other than "Send Email". We also turned on all the filter options available in the activity log just in case, but those records are still not showing. At this point we are wondering if there's something wrong with our sandbox.
