Yes, I have. Support has cleared my tree cache twice over last two days which makes the tree behave normally for a while, and then it reverts back to being unresponsive.
As mentioned, I've cleared my cache and cookies for all-time, but that didn't solved it either.
Shortly after I posted my original comment, I got note from support that my tree cache was cleared again, so things are performing better. Hopefully it stays that way.
