If a MKTO program is synced to a SFDC campaign - can you make changes to the statuses seen in SFDC & have that sync over to MKTO? For instance - for live event the values are:
-Not in program
-registered
-waitlisted
-attended
-no show
In SFDC I want to create a responded value called "booth visit" - if that is not already set up in MKTO as a choice (which I'm not sure how to add in on the MKTO side) will it sync over? or show as an error?

To ensure that the Program Statuses Sync to SFDC Campaign Statuses - they must be compatible for the mapping to work. Refer this doc for how-to. If you want "Booth Visit" on SFDC Campaign, you would need the same status on the mapped Program as well.
