Hi there,
I synchronized a Marketo program with a specific SFDC Campaign. The SFDC Campaign has one contact as a member. This contact data record does generally appear in Marketo, but it has not been synchronized as one of the campaign members. Thus it is not a member of the Marketo program now and I cannot send him an Follow-up Email.
Does anyone have any idea where the problem could be that this contact data record does not appear as member of the Marketo program?
