Separate a report based on Lead list

Hi,

I have sent an email with leads being pulled in from various sources (SalesForce, Smart Lists).  Is there anyway I can break up the report based on this?

Create a Smart List for each source you want to report on, then in the Smart List settings:

For SFDC Campaign

• Drag Member of SFDC Campaign (set to the SFDC Campaign you sent to)
• Drag Opened Email (set email you sent)

For another Smart List

• Drag Member of Smart List (set to the Smart List you sent to)
• Drag Opened Email (set email you sent)

For a Static List

• Drag Member of List (set to the List you sent to)
• Drag Opened Email (set email you sent)

The Leads section will then display the people who took the above action. For Click reports, change the above to Click.

You will need separate reports if you aren't using Lead Performance by Lead Source. You can do what Frank did and add those Smart Lists as Custom Columns.
