Hello,
We have determined the best time to send emails to our audience but we would like them to send at the same time, across time zones... for example, if we send at 10:00AM in EST, it sends at 7AM in Pacific Time...
How can we make it so our emails automatically send to those in designated times zones at the "same" time (10AM for all) or throughout the day as the different US time zones hit 10AM?
Thank you!

When you are creating your email program and scheduling it, you will check the recipient time zone box. This way, it'll send at 10AM for everyone at their respective local time zone. That being said, do remember to approve that program at least 24 hours in advance, so that those that may be in Asia/Austrailia/etc. would get it at that same local time.

Thank you Bryan! I have a follow up question - Is there a way to account for time zone when setting up a campaign in a default program? Or can it only be used in an email program?
Thank you
I haven't seen anything about being able to setup a campaign within a default program to adhere to recipient time zones, as anything time-bound in the Smart Campaign would be respective to your account's set time zone.
