The send email trigger is not working for a specific email address. When I send a test to this specific email address it works, but when it's placed in a smart campaign trigger for when someone fills out a form with that email it doesn't get sent the auto respond email - send email trigger. It works for gmail emails however.
Jonny, has this person already run through the campaign, and is now being limited from running through again (in the Send Email Smart Campaign settings)?
Thanks for the replies. I'm using my own work email to do some testing and that's the email that is not working with the smart campaign "Send Email." It works when I send test emails to it and in other campaigns when it's used as an alert email address. The email does not work with the "Send Email" smart campaign even though gmail emails do work...
I made sure the campaign can be ran through unlimited number of times. Also, the email is not unsubscribed or set to operational. I'm stumped.
Thanks Dory. I checked the daily and weekly communications limits and I set it to unlimited and the email is still not coming through. Where do you check the log?
Hey Jonny, you'd check the activity log of that record. This will tell you if the email was prevented for some reason. If it isn't there at all, then something is blocking it within the smart list of your campaign.
