Can the Send Alert in a flow use a token in the Send to other emails field?
We have a field coming from Dynamics CRM with the Sales rep email address. We want to notify them when one of their leads subscribe to a program, but emails don't seem to get to their mailbox.
When I put an actual email address instead of a token, the alert gets to the mailbox.
And is there a logic why Marketo is not permitting batch campaign to do so?
We manually enter the email address of our customers that qualify for the program and do a "Run Once", so I guess that qualifies as a batch campaign.
Several flow features only work with trigger campaigns.
Just the way it is... you need to set up your system + automation to minimize the impact of such restrictions.
In this case, if you use Request Campaign (and have the alert campaign trigger on Campaign is Requested) that will be a workaround.
