All our registration forms in Marketo use NOT Is the information gathered on these forms secure? If not secure using will they be secure using ? If is secure how do I change this?

No, forms are not secure unless the main document (go.example.com/lp.html) is loaded via SSL (i.e. go.example.com/lp.html).
You'll need to generate and supply an SSL cert to Marketo (and there's a setup fee as well). Open a support case to get the process started.
