Scoring program

in setting up scoring flows - for example:  multiple clicks in email - I have the behavior score change by +2 (min 2 clicks).  Do I need to have the "Lead Score" +2 as well?  Or will the "Lead Score" update automatically?  Thanks.

Hi Sherin,

Yes, you will also need to add to the Lead Score Field.  Your custom field "Behavior Score" is not tied on the back end to the Standard "Lead Score" Field so you must also add to this field to keep the fields reconciled.  The same goes if you are tracking "Demographic Score"
