sample emails not sending

anyone else experiencing problems with sample emails? mine are not coming through.

did you check spam?
 

if it's been more than 15 minutes, maybe try again or call support. there could be a bug.

Make sure that the ip addresses for Maketo are whitelisted within your organization.

I had the same issue and contacted support. They found that I'd used tokens for the send from and reply-to but didn't have a default value. Once I added a default value, the test emails worked!
