Same people opening different emails?

Hello,

I'm pulling email metrics from a default email program. What I need to know is if you opened the first email, did you also open the second email, and others? Or are there different people opening different emails?

There are a total of 4 emails in the smart campaign. Does anyone know a good way to pull this type of information?

Depending on what exactly you need:

• A smart list using opened email filter, list all emails and use "min number of times" constraint to see who has opened multiple times across the emails. Easiest to build, may give you someone who opened one email multiple times.
• A smart list using advanced logic: (1 and (2 or 3 or 4)) or (5 and (6 or 7)) or (8 and 9) - shows who has opened at least two emails.

    

• Or you could create a series of smart lists if you need to get even more granular (i.e. how many opened A and ((B and C) or (C and D)) etc.)
