Here is a challenge:
If we have one email address which is used by two individuals (e.g husband and wife) with different unique customer ID's and they want to receive an email each (within the same campaign activity) at the same email address (the customer ID/name token will differentiate them in the email).
How do we accommodate the above? No de-duping? Make email and customer ID a unique combo?
They could do the email@example.com trick.
But they would have to qualify for the campaign at different times to be sent a dupe.
