My SalesForce integration turned off right after we launched a high performing campaign. We receive a bunch of leads last night that did not sync to SalesForce. I have the integration back up and running but need to get all the leads that didn't sync into Salesforce. Is there an easy way to sync these leads from Marketo?

Did you receive a Marketo system notification entitled "Salesforce Sync Error: Unable to update Lead"? If so, that notification will contain a smart list of the leads that did not sync to SFDC. You can select those leads and run the flow action "Sync lead to SFDC" and use auto-assignment rules.
You can also create a smart campaign based on created date within timeframe and SFDC Created date is empty plus whatever other rules you have for syncing the record to SFDC.
Do you know how a smart list trigger / filter could look like that sends notifications everytime a Salesforce Sync Error occurs (unable to update or unable to cread lead)?
Currently there is no ability to target a sync error with a filter or trigger, so you wouldn't be able to do this.
