Occasionally the Salesforce Sync Error emails from Marketo Notifications have a link at the bottom that takes you to a static list whose name is the same as the error detail in the error email.
The link to 'xx more leads' in the error messages always links to the same static list corresponding to the error detail in the email and the leads in the lists are updated occasionally by Marketo with the Last Modified date showing when.
However, while the leads in the list, do have a sync error in the past, usually its cause was resolved and the lead is now successfully syncing to SFDC. Does anyone know what triggers these lists to be updated, what types of updates are done and why leads that no longer have the sync error are not removed from the lists? Is it OK for us to manually remove leads from these lists that are now successfully syncing or is there value in leaving those leads in the lists?
Scott K. Wilder I accidentally marked this as Assumed Answered. Can that be revoked?
Also, can someone in product management answer this question?
Let me investigate the Assumed Answered.
I can forward (share to the Product Team and ask them to review this thread.
