We have a ton of clean up to do with leads that are not associated with accounts. I can't imagine that we are the only ones with this issue! Does anyone use any type of software (does this exist) to associate leads and contacts to accounts we have - maybe that is by email domain/ company URL ...?
We are hoping to avoid manual clean up but wanted to ask all here if there was any ideas or any service or software that can do that for us! Thank you!
There are several lead-to-account matching tools available in the Market, e.g., Marketo's very own Target Account Management module which needs to be purchased as an add-on module has pretty good lead-to-account matching capabilities. It uses fuzzy logic to automatically match leads to the right named accounts in near real-time. These named accounts could be CRM accounts or Marketo companies. There are other platforms in this space as well, e.g., Demandbase, LeanData, etc. Consider your specific requirements, capabilities, and costs when evaluating these platforms before making a decision.
