Why do I have to go through support every time I need to remap a field? I just started a new position, and I'm cleaning up their Marketo and Salesforce instances, and beginning to making some much needed changes, and I have to go through support to get any little change done. Seems odd. Not to mention takes forever!!! Is anyone else having this same issue? I feel like as an Admin, I should be able to simply sync the fields I want matched up.

The issue you are raising is a long time known product limitation and one I listed here: Marketo / salesforce integration needs a serious overhaul, don't you "sync"?
