Is anyone else having issues within the last two months with Sales insights on Microsoft Dynamics? We had been able to see activity on email opens, clicks, and web visits in the sales insights box in Dynamics until 8 weeks ago. All of this information is captured in Marketo, but none of this information is being pushed to Dynamics. We've been working with support over the last 7 weeks with no resolution and no real sense of urgency on their part it seems to find one- we keep getting offered the same fix and despite pleas from my IT manager to have a phone call to further discuss and trouble shoot in real time. I'm hoping that someone may perhaps have had a similar issue and and can suggest some alternative solutions. My sales team is getting very annoyed with the loss of this service.
