Extract report from RCM model itself of the records whose SLA has been missed by the Sales rep for some other reason
I am building a RCM model in which we have an SLA stage for MQL status. So can we get to know the number of records whose SLA has been missed and in the same status i.e. MQL.
Yes, In Success path Analyzer > Chart actions > Show SLA Due gives us the report to show every person that ever missed an SLA target within the specified time frame, but can we get the same from the model itself.
