Sales insight tab is not available

I'm trying to config sales insight for my sandbox but can't find related tab in the admin section. It also absent in production instance.



What should I do to activate sales insight tab?

I have exactly the same problem... No sales insight tab shown on my account... 

Did anyone find a solutions to this problem?
