Hi Everyone,

We have Sales Insight installed in our instance of Marketo and I was wondering if I could turn off the Enabled Activities in the Sync Options menu in the Admin section. The reason I ask is that Marketo is creating so many activities and is eating up a lot of storage space. Since Sales Insights captures information such as clicked a link in Interesting Moments, it seems to be repetitive. However, I'm not sure if Interesting Moments needs to have those Activities synced in the admin to function properly.

Yes, you can turn off the Activity History items if you rely on Interesting Moments. They are not linked in any way.

Usually I recommend keeping 2-3 Activity Histories on because it can help with historical data if you leave Marketo or if MSI doesn't work for some reason. Sales people may linger on Activities if you've trained them to do this. Of course, if you turn it all off, they'll be forced to use MSI.
