I have a series of campaigns (built identically for various products) which have stopped sending sales alerts over the last week. I built a smart list to mirror the smart list in my sales alert trigger campaigns and there are many leads that qualify to trigger the campaigns. I've tried the following variations of a smart list and none will trigger. Any thoughts?

Previous value = paid
New value ≠ paid
V2:

Sent email = subscription expired

Odd. Perhaps there was a hiccup? Get sample leads (bad and good) and ask Support to look. Been some mysterious bugs the past 2 or 3 days.
Are you using a token for the Send Alert step?
is this definitely a trigger campaign?
Did you try some test leads and toggle the value on/off and nothing appears in the Results tab?
Is the Alert email itself ok? Sometimes tokens could break or something could have changed on the email side that would cause it to misfire.
When you check the Results tab, does the lead enter the flow step? Does it say "skipped" or provide an error?

Toggling value in test leads triggers alerts to send and is reflected in the results tab.
Is the Alert email itself ok? Sometimes tokens could break or something could have changed on the email side that would cause it to misfire.
All data populates in the alert email for test leads.

No errors or skips are reflected in results, but you'll see there is a gap between the last alert sent and today's tests. 2016-10-04_1523 - kimgandy's library
