Sales Alert Digest Email

Hello 

Our sales team is receiving 5-10 sales alerts/separate emails per day and I'm wondering if there is a way to send out one digest of these sales alerts in one email 1 X a day?

You could change your smart campaigns from triggers to batch campaigns. Scheduling the batch campaigns to run EOD Monday - Friday.

The batch campaign would run once a day but still send individual emails for each alert.  They would just receive them all at once instead of throughout the day.   I would think your best bet would be creating a report and setting up a daily subscription for that report.

Thanks for the responses, I like the report idea - I tried setting up one to show a list of score-qualified leads, but I couldn't figure out how.Then, I can set to send out daily.  Any recos on how to do that?

When you're in the report there should is a "Subscriptions" tab.  On the subscriptions tab you can click "New Report Subscription"



Then enter the email(s) you want to receive it and the frequency.  You can also set it to attach an excel version of the full report, and the number of rows in the report for it to include in the body of the email.

Thanks Josh- to clarify, how do I set up the report that shows leads who have reached a certain score threshold in the past day?

Hi Kristin,

In the 'Smart List' tab on the Report on which you create the subscription (screenshot shown by Josh above), just specify the conditions which only selects the leads who have reached the score threshold.

Hi all,

I actually need a list of leads to go out to the sales team to follow up on in 1 email per day vs. many sales alert emails a day. I've set up the reports, but the only thing delivered in reports are total numbers, not list of leads. Is there any way to set up that email? Reports seems to be some answer, but not the entire one.
