Run Smart Campaign Flow for Top Lead?

I have a Smart Campaign that is set to affect around 100 leads with the Flow step to reassign them to a specific rep. 

Is there a way for the Smart Campaign's Flow to only affect a single prospect, e.g. only reassign the lead with the highest behavior score?

sure, use a Choice step on the Sync Lead to SFDC.

It could say

IF Behavior Score > X, then reassign. If not, do nothing.

But in this case, you might want to just pull a smart list, sort it by Behavior Score, and then run a single flow against just that lead.
