Revenue Cycle Modeler Assignment Rules

I am looking for advice or best practices regarding setting up Revenue Cycle Modeler Assignment Rules. I'm also trying to better understand when those Assignment Rules are even going to be used. I'd appreciate any thoughts you could share. Thank you!

If you mean the default Assignment rules, this only is used for NEW leads. You set it up as a backstop in case your RCM campaigns miss something.

I think they rarely get used.

Thanks, Josh.

So the Modeler is set up to see leads who enter Marketo as Anonymous and move to Known and so on. (I am using transition rules within RCM to move people through the stages.) Correct? 

So the Assignment Rules (screenshot below for those who aren't clear on what I'm asking about) would be for leads who enter Marketo for the first time as Known or any of the other stages?

Josh, could you share any examples of how you've set them up successfully before?
