I'm looking for suggestions around how to run LinkedIn remarketing ads using insights from marketo effectively.
We're doing B2B promotion and our target list prospects consists of mostly business emails.
For example: If we have a list of 100 prospects. We send them couple of emails. Now, for a list of prospects who engaged with our email but did not convert/fill a form. We would like to follow them using LinkedIn Retargeting Ads.
is it possible to use their email addresses(dynamically) and sync with LinkedIn audience list for running a retargeting campaign?

Marketo introduced the Continuous Audience Sync to Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn feature that lets you continuously sync static list’s members with the SM platforms' audience lists in its Jan 2021 product release. I think this should help you to ensure that new people added to the static list gets added/synced with the selected linkedin audience continuously. Also, if not already added, you would first need to add the Linkedin Matched Audience as a launchpoint service in Marketo.
