Somehow my GoToWebinar accounts got flipped in LaunchPoint the login for one Installed Service has now been flipped to another so it's showing the wrong list of webinars when I go to sync a program. I've tried to edit the service but I don't see anywhere where I can update the login information for a specific service. help!

Have support step in.
In the mean time, you can recreate a new launchpoint service with your credentials and use it for your new webinars.
