Hi All,
My organization has a functioning Facebook integration for lead cards, with a full smart campaign to organize our lead data accordingly.
As a part of our flow steps, we had "Change Data Value" for our Lead Source from Facebook Lead Ads to our proper SFDC value. This was working nicely up until 12/20, and this step is now being completely ignored.
Looking at both the campaign results and each lead's history, there's not even a mention of the step as being skipped, it just doesn't appear.
I've also attempted manual data changes within Marketo to change this value, but it doesn't stick. I can manually update in SFDC one record at a time and it'll stick in SFDC, but doesn't update the Lead Source back in Marketo.
Is there any reason this field would not be changing as it should all of a sudden?

Hi Andrew,
First check in the admin -> field management that the field is not blocked for updates. This is the most likely reason. If it is not the case, we will investigate further.

You're absolutely right, I'm seeing that blocked now, a change someone on our global team must have instituted without notifying the regional teams. I'll work internally to fix. Much appreciated!
