Is there a way to see how many imports of lists/spreadsheets we have done by year?

There could be several ways.
I have inherited a Marketo instance and I'm basically trying to see how many contacts we import per year, what the average would be and what our pace for growth has been/ will be. Thanks
Do you have specific lead source and/or lead source detail for list import ?
That helps.
You can do a lead performance report by Lead Source or Created Date by Year to see some trends.
