I'd suggest filing a support case here. I don't see anything wrong with the call and I can't reproduce the error with that same call to my own instance.
I'm not able to file a case. It says "You are not authorized for this service. Please check with your account administrator."
You'll want to contact your Marketo Admin for help with case submission in that case.
Dimitris, did you ever figure this out? I started getting those errors today and am unsure what's causing them.
