Receiving Expired Access Emails?

Has anyone else started receiving Access Has Expired emails in the past 4 days? I started receiving them from an old instance that I had access to via my personal email , and someone else in my org has mentioned that they're receiving the emails from our corporate subscription. Is this a widespread issue? I'm also going to file a support ticket but curious if anyone else has seen this issue come up recently.

Sorry to copy you all, but I thought you should know and we have not way to warn you, since these emails come from instance we can no longer access.

After doing some internal research it looks like it's a known issue with a patch going out in the next few days.

Same bug here, for about a week. They appear to come in between 12:00-1:00 AM.

Yup, I've been getting up to four of these every morning for the past week for multiple instances.

Yeah, every day for the past week or so I've been getting the same 2 or 3 expiry notices from past clients & prospects. Not really an issue, just annoying

If it doesn't look cool, you're probably doing it wrong.

Not so much of an issue for those of us who work with Marketo on the daily, but my CEO who used to have access that I expired doesn't need to be getting these every day.

Yes, I have started to receive some a while ago, and it is continuing... As I have no longer access to these, I just cannot investigate further.

Hey Greg, it's also very frustrating that either support has no idea that this is occurring (I can't be the only person writing to them about this issue), or they're playing dumb on it and dragging things out. I was just asked for a copy of one of the emails... There MUST be people who work at Marketo who are receiving these emails as well.

Basic problem, but really frustrating. Haha, I can't even unsubscribe!!

Yes, that has occurred. Could be a system cleanup. Could be someone marked your user with an Expiry date. Also could be someone attempting a login.

I saw one yesterday, but wasn't sure if the old employee had attempted a login or if Marketo just did something.

BTW, Engineering finally cleaned up an issue where a User with an Expiration Date in the future would suddenly have a new expiry date several days later.

Intention=April 1, 2017

several days later it says April 11, 2017

so they did fix that in the past 3 weeks.
