"Limited Access" error when I attempt to replace HTML of draft

I have admin privileges, and yet when I "Edit Draft" of a Program email asset (created by another person) then attempt to execute the "Replace HTML" function, it hangs and fails with an error:

I am an admin; how do I gain control of or edit the asset?

This may possibly happen if you inserted javascript into the email. Dont do that.

The other option is to call support.

Oh, also check your Roles, you should only have ONE role. If you have another role, you will get a permissions conflict.

Re: "Limited Access" error when I attempt to replace HTML of draft

Hi Josh, Thank you for the suggestion.  I do not have any JS in my HTML though.

I did have multiple roles assigned to my user account, nice catch, however Marketo removed the inferior role and yet I still get the error.

UPDATE:  I found some JS behaviors in one of my links.  They were indeed the issue.  Josh, you're a genius thank you.

Wow - thanks, that was my problem, too. Apparently, the knak.io template I imported included JS. Good to know.

why no Java in email? I am also experiencing this issue of not being able to edit the code.
