"From" email receiving replies instead of the "Reply-to" email

- We set an email program in Marketo.

- We set a "From" email and a different one for a "Reply-to" email.

- The "From" email is getting the replies.

 

Anyone knows why it's happening?

@SanfordWhiteman , that's my presumption as well.  However, it seems to no longer be a burning issue.

What kind of replies?

The Reply-To gets human replies, i.e. the person clicked the Reply button. It doesn't get automated replies.

Just confirming, So these are definitely not out of office auto responders etc?

That’s the theory, but until we get the evidence (SMTP headers of such a reply) we have nothing else to look into.

Please supply the actual (non-obfuscated) From: and Reply-To: values, and the full SMTP headers of a reply that was mistakenly sent to the From:.
