"export field names" result is different with "Describe" REST API.

Why the result from pressing the "export field names" is different with the result returned by using RESTAPI Describe?

Lately I have not tried this but I did not have this issue in past. Are your subsequent API calls using the API field names giving 'field not found' error?
Are both ReST API and SOAP API field names are not matching or is it only ReST API field names?

Describe REST API fileds are more than export filed names. "contactCompany" is in REST API but not in export fields from GUI.
When I used REST API to retrieve a lead by id with the filed "contactCompany", there is no error, and returned the contactCompany value.
