"Email Bounces" trigger

Does the "email bounces" trigger look for hard bounces, soft bounces, or both?

We got a response from Marketo Support around this question, and they said that the "Email Bounced" trigger looks for hard bounces, not both.

Both. Here is a great document created by a couple of Marketo employees: Analyzing Email Deliverability. I think you'll find it pretty valuable.

Both! Assume though that this number will change if it is a soft bounce considering the system will continue to try to send the email until it is successful.
