QUESTION: Which one of my promotions is driving the most traffic to my landing page

GOAL: I want to distribute a different landing page link to each of my mediums/tactics/channels being used to promote a program. I want report on the traffic/visits even if they don't fill out the form on the landing page.

OLD WAY: In the past, I would have given each medium/tactic/channel a separate Marketo program but I seem to recall there was a way my old company did it by issuing a source code.

IDEAL WAY: Same landing page, same Marketo program, same SFDC campaign. I have already built a "super campaign" which has progression status' for multiple channels - which works. The critical thing is something I believe is possible, but I don't know how to do it - create multiple source codes for one landing page. Almost like the personalized URL function.

Hi Shantell,

I would use URL paramaters.

Here is a video from the summit on how to do it: http://summit.marketo.com/2014/replay/whats-driving-your-leads-10-steps-to-lead-source-management-analysis/

Also, you can download the basics in this ebbok provided by the presenter:

B
asically what you do is add some hidden fields which are then populated via the URL builder.  Here is marketo's article on the URL builder:  https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L9DyCAK

Hope this helps.
