Pulling Webinar Attendance Across Multiple Programs

Hello,

Our company has on average about 100 webinars (trainings) per month that we host for clients.  We are looking for a way to pull attendance across all programs for the year.  I have been told that we are able to pull a program performance report that will show a number of how many people attended (achieved program success), however what we really need is to be able to report on individual names and companys of the program members, and their individual program status'.  Has anyone found a workaround to get such numbers?

Thanks!

If you have RCE, you can do this pretty fast.

The other way is to create a smart list by Status and include ALL the webinars as Member of Program IS TRUE and IN XYZ Program with Status=Attended.

Then run another one to pull No Show and Attended On Demand.

It's better to keep a running sheet of these after every webinar.

What does RCE stand for?

I tried to pull the smart list, however it is important that we also have the names of the programs they attended.  Do you know if thats possible?

thanks!

Hi Molly,

RCE stands for Marketo's Revenue Cycle Explorer.

Now with Standard and above you get Revenue cycle modeler & Revenue analyzers. aka RCA.

People intermix the terms - RCA & RCE

If you are on Spark, you will not have access to as many of these features.
