Pulling values from Salesforce Report

Hi All

Need help with pulling values from a salesforce report. Is that even possible?
Like say I want to pull the grand total in a SF report and auto populate the mail.

Suppose I have an SF dashboard , like the one below.

I want populate the values for individual regions in the mails I want to trigger to my sales team.

That is, I want to share a daily or weekly count of open leads for the teams to pick up.
For example my mail says " there are 2K leads in east as of today " and I want to auto populate the field "2k" using a dynamic token.

Is this possible?
